Buttermilk Vanilla Cake

Yield:   7-8 waffles

Ingredients

2 cups Rayne’s Mill buttermilk pancake mix.

3 eggs

1 ½ cups milk

¾ cup melted butter, cooled

1/4 cup water

 

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the water, egg and melted butter. Stir the wet ingredients. Add the pancake mix , stir until smooth.

2. If the batter seems thick, add the water to thin it. The batter should flow from the spoon, not plop.

 

3. Bake in a hot waffle iron until crisp and golden. Serve hot.
