  • What is the difference between your products and other brands?
    We start by sourcing our ingredients from local small farms that have a passion for growing high quality foods. We then take those ingredients and grind them into a fine flour to allow you to fully taste the mouth-watering flavors of this scrumptious delicacy.
  • Are your products gluten free?
    Some of our products are gluten free, please see the details listed in the product information and ingredients list on the packaging. We adhere to the standards and regulations set by the FDA for all our products that are labeled as gluten free. We also use a third party testing facility to verify that our gluten free products meet FDA standards.
  • Are your products and ingredients non-GMO?
    All of our ingredients are still free of GMOs. Please contact our company directly with any inquiries or for verification.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Our products are suitable for vegetarians. If you enjoy a vegan diet and would like to use our products, simply follow the first method listed on the package but leave out the eggs and/or dairy ingredient(s).
  • Do your products contain allergens?
    Our company follows the FDA standard for listing all allergens within our products. We will indicate on the label if the product is made with an allergen, such as wheat or eggs.

  • Can I make it with other shapes?
    Yes, our pancake mix can be used to make shapes! The ratio of batter to water is the same. You can also make it into the traditional pancake shape, a waffle, or get creative!
  • How can I use your peanut butter powder and cinnamon sugar?
    You can sprinkle it on the batter halfway through the cooking time. Another option is to sprinkle it onto already cooked pancakes to add a simple flavor. It can also be applied to churros, muffins, and cakes...
  • How to confirm the water absorption of flour?
    The amount of water needed is shown on the package. We find the best ratio by testing several batches times, but please know that the degree of water absorption is different for each batch of flour. You can add water if you feel it is too dry or if you would like a thinner batter.
  • What is the shelf life of your products? Can I use and eat a product beyond the "Best By" date?"
    Our products have a shelf life of one year from production. We do not recommend you use and eat a product after the expiration or best by date because we cannot guarantee the quality of the product after that date.
  • Where can I find and purchase the other products made by your company?
    You can find our products on our website or on Amazon. Please contact us directly if you need to place an extremely large or bulk order.
  • Do you offer wholesale?

  • How long does shipping take?
    Due to COVID-19, the product(s) you ordered should arrive within 3-10 days after placing your order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we can only guarantee shipping to addresses within the United States for now. Contact us if you need shipping outside the United States prior to placing your order. We will check with our local post office to see if we can ship to your international address.
