The farmer keeps it chemical-free, during the planting, growth, and harvest period. Sourced from a small-holder farmer under contract, our rice flour is grown naturally . This is high-quality rice for both good health and environmental protection. The gluten-free flour is high in beneficial fiber that enhances digestion.

Gluten-free and rich in fiber ingredient. Our cone flour is sourced from a smallholder farmer who grows it naturally to ensure that it is a healthy and environmentally friendly manner.  The cone is non-GMO, cone is a great thickening agent.

The salt is carefully harvested from a pure sea area without heavy metal pollution. The traces of minerals in this salt adds flavor and color to this salt. This salt also comes with a variety of coarseness.

Madagascar Vanilla

Vanilla comes from the vanilla orchid grown in Madagascar. Madagascar is the chief global supplier of vanilla. When these orchids are pollinated, they produce pods containing vanilla beans. Madagascar vanilla pods are relatively flat and have a long-lasting fragrance. This is one of the secrets behind the taste of our pancake mixes.
