The idea for Rayne’s mill came from childhood memories of hanging out with my mother on her food truck, where she has sold pancakes since 1992.

 

Now, I have my own child, Rayne, and the satisfaction and smile on Rayne’s face when she is with her grandma, made me realize that the secret ingredient her grandma is made of is, above all, love. Love for her family and love for food.

 

Luckily, that secret recipe has survived over the years, still filling me with excitement, and a bringing a contented smile to my face whenever I smell the aroma and taste the flavor in each bite…….bringing back the beautiful memories.

 

Capturing the authentic taste of grandma’s pancakes, as well as the wonderful sense of love that lives on, is where I started the journey to found Rayne’s Mill.
