Free Standard Shipping is offered on any order $60 (excluding any applicable taxes or discounts) within the 48 contiguous United States.. For orders under $60 or orders to Alaska & Hawaii are charged a standard flat rate. Expedited shipping options are available at check-out.

Free Standard Shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping or fedex, dhl, which typically arrives in 3 to 10 business days.

Please Note: Free Shipping offer is not valid for orders exceeding 200 lbs or orders containing bulk items (20, 25 and 50 lb bags)

Return Policies

If your order arrived expired or had missing or incorrect items, we are happy to address your concerns. ​Please contact us online. If products are purchased from amazon.com or other retailers, customers must address returns directly with Amazon or that specific retailer.

 

For Detective merchandise Return:

A refund will be issued for items purchased from Rayne's Mill that are defective or items recalled by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to change our refund policy at any time.  We offer refunds for all of our Products.  If you are not satisfied with a Product, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will gladly issue you a full refund.

 

*Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any food purchase older than 14 days or any non-defective merchandise..

 

Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as scuffed labels.
